If you are a resident of Quebec, you may still conduct transactions at our branches outside Quebec. However, if you are physically in Quebec at the time of the transaction, unfortunately we cannot serve you, as we are not registered in Quebec.

If you are exchanging cash equal to or exceeding CAD 2,000, you will need to provide government-issued photo identification.

 

Does KAPU cash travelers’ cheques?
KAPU does not cash travelers’ cheques in any currency.

 

Does KAPU accept foreign currency drafts?
Due to strict global compliance requirements, KAPU does not accept any foreign currency drafts.

 

Does KAPU accept third-party Canadian dollar cheques?
